Bought the Picasso issue, liked the digital magazine. Just paid for a 6 month subscription, confirmed by iTunes received nothing from Famous Artists. I was expecting at least the new issue of Matisse, instead received the issue Oct. 11 on Marc Chagall and was charged for it. Did not order it did not accidentally say yes to it but ended up paying another $1.99 plus tax. At this point all I can do is deny auto renewal, since I see no options on the ever so unhelpful iTunes site when you get burnt. The customer support for Famous Artists seems to be non existent. Very, very disappointed.
I purchased the subscription - and CANNOT download the magazine. Tried to email developers - no response but they continued to withdraw magazine. TAKE your money and dont deliver or respond. Dont let them take you!!!!
What a total ripoff this magazine is, I cant get it to open any issue and I cant get anyone to answer email. Dont waste your time or money..
This app does not give you any magazines and no one answers e-mails! It is a scam and should not be allowed to remain listed!
